Michael Wolfson
Co-Founder

Michael has been a creative leader in digital media for over 16 years. He served as Chief Creative Officer of AOL where he was responsible for the consumer experience and creative development across 18 websites. During Michael’s tenure, many of those sites were #1 in their category and all were in the top three. Among them were AOL.com, AOL Music, TMZ, Moviefone, AOL News and Sports. Prior to AOL, Michael co-founded TheKnot.com and led the creative development and distribution efforts, necessary to take the concept from pitch in 1996 to the world"s leading wedding media and services company. In addition, Michael serves on several boards and is an advisor and investor in several digital and media companies including S-Curve Records, Sandow Media (New Beauty Magazine), Nabbr and Townsquare Media.
Jim Crosby
Co-Founder

Jim is a 15-year Internet veteran whose work includes revamping the NHL’s digital business, an effort that resulted in the tripling of digital revenues, as well as implementing innovative, cost-saving solutions for companies like CBS Interactive Music Group and Townsquare Media. He has worked with brands such as NYSE Euronext, KidzBop, AMC, and others. Jim worked at AOL for 11 years as the lead producer of many of the company"s largest initiatives. He forged key partnerships with eBay, WebMD, NBA.com, NASCAR.com and launched the groundbreaking Kids and Teens platforms for AOL. Jim also guided the strategic partnership between TelePictures and AOL and launched TMZ.com in 2004. In 2005, Jim produced the online experience for the Emmy Award winning Live 8, which set a new record for simultaneously streamed video. Later, he collaborated with Mark Burnett and CBS on the first of its kind, cross-platform game show, Gold Rush.
Taylor Noguera

Taylor works with clients to devise and implement multi-platform interactive marketing campaigns to support their business objectives. He specializes in new product launches and online brand development/positioning engagements. Most recently, Taylor spent six years as Chief Marketing Officer at Special Ops Media as well as US Director of Business Development at LBi, which acquired Special Ops Media in 2008. Taylor’s expertise and advice has been sought-after by top global brands such as Avon, Dell, Citigroup, MTV Networks, JP Morgan, Random House, Penguin Publishing and William Grant & Sons. Taylor holds a BA from Brown University and an MBA from Harvard Business School.
Spencer Sloe

Spencer is a veteran creative director, product innovator and executive producer with over 10 years of experience. Before becoming part of the Rocket Fuel team, Spencer was the Vice President of Product Design and Development for Interactive One. A founding member of the strategic team, he helped grow the business into the largest interactive media company serving the African American market. Spencer founded the company"s User Experience Discipline and led the team responsible for the creation and launch of over 60 websites, 150 mobile applications and a live streaming audio player.
Andrew Zipern

Andrew joined RocketFuel from AOL where where was a Creative Development Director overseeing original programming. He also spent more than seven years as an editor and producer at The New York Times, editing media, business and technology coverage for NYTimes.com and writing frequently about both subjects for The Times and other publications. Andrew has worked extensively with entertainment and media companies including CBS, Time Warner, News Corp., TMZ, Martha Stewart Living and the Criterion Collection.
